Bombinate Web Design is delighted and proud to announce that we have won the Gold award for “Best Website: Small Business” tonight at the MK Digital Awards and was presented the prize by Pam Gosal, Head of Economic Development at Invest MK.
It was an inspiring room of nominees and many great winners.
The competition was tight but the atmosphere was fantastic with lots of brilliant wins. Some of the winners included Lindsay’s Languages, taking home two Gold awards and Red Giraffe who walked off with no less than two Silver and one Gold award. Other terrific winners included Willen Hospice who have to raise 78% of the funds necessary to continue their incredible service and Marshall Amps who are 54 years in the business and are regularly visited by big music names who fly into their Milton Keynes studio to record. They collected the coveted Spirit of MK award this year.
Despite some nerves on stage, business owner Patrick, in an interview with BBC broadcaster and awards presenter Robin Bailey, delivered a great speech and discussed the origins of the name Bombinate and how bees are so important to us that we donate a percentage of our profits to the British Beekeepers Association. He praised the high calibre of all the other entrants and how important all the people present tonight were to the Digital online world and its future.
Well done to all nominees and winners tonight. It was a night to be proud of, where everyone in the Hall represented themselves fantastically.
